A Child Becomes Preschool is located in the Admiral District of West Seattle. We are a part time preschool for students ranging in age from 2 1/2 – 5 years old. We are a 501 (c)(3) non-profit, secular preschool that resides in the basement of the Admiral Congregational Church. Founded in September, 1989 by Michelle Neal.

Use the church parking lot for the Admiral Congregational UCC or street parking surrounding the church. Enter our Main Office behind the church through the chain link fence. You will see signs for A Child Becomes Preschool. Follow the signs through the play yard to the second set of stairs at the far end of the yard. If the door is locked, please ring the bell. It can be loud as we’re in here having fun, call the office phone if the door bell goes unanswered, 206-932-4642.
